Atlas BA Consulting Engineering Inc has experience in the design and debottleneck of Fractionation Facilities. The Fractionation Facility consists of a number of distillation columns designed to produce the specifications products.​

Typically a mixed hydrocarbon stream needs to be split into the various components to achieve maximum value. The separation is done in a fractionation train, which can be located at the gas plant or at a larger central facility.

Each of the fraction columns is similar in design, the main difference is whether the top product is liquid or vapour.
